I received several calls a month asking if I was interested in selling some property I owned. Was very leary of the... calls. I spoke with Julian with RG Housing LLC. several times and he explained the process and that they “RG Housing” would take care of everything! That I would just need to sign a few documents on line and we would close in 30 days. They missed the closing date by one (1) day. Everything went as Julian explained it would. Closing happened with a mobile notary that went very well and received funds the very next day. I was very satisfied with RG Housing and Julian. I’ve worked with RG Housing for several years and they are always on top of it. Communication is huge with them. They... also close on time, which should go without saying, but isn’t always the case with other investors. The RG Housing team is always willing to roll their sleeves up and help sellers with title issues. I can’t tell you how many deals have been saved by them that other investor companies would just give up. I sold these guys a property I had back in January.As a vacant land property owner, you get several calls with low... ball offers and you get tired of it. I knew the comps in my area and had to explain to the representative to not just look at the tax roll.As I talked to the rep, I said, "Here is my price, if you meet it, it's yours." He called me back 3 hours later, gave my my price +$1,000.He called me in November of that year. I told them I couldn't close until January due to capital gains on a previous stock sale. They said, "No problem."In January, I went to the title company (Which RG paid all costs) signed about 5 pages and the money was in my bank the next day.read more

I had originally... planned to sell the land to an individual who had contacted me about it several months prior. Out of the blue, RG contacted me about selling it. I told RG that I still wanted to give the other party one more chance, but when I didn't hear from them after repeated efforts, I decided to sell to RG.RG made a solid offer, and acted swiftly. They made every aspect of the selling process smooth and easy. They provide all of the needed documentation for the sale process.
